Assassin’s Creed III Goes Naval – A New Demo

Ubisoft Montreal have today provided us with a new look at Assassin’s Creed III via their ‘Naval Walkthrough’ video demo. Anyone looking for adventure on the high seas and cannon battles galore would be well advised to take a watch!

Taking place after the events of last year’s Revelations, AC III sees Desmond step into the Animus once more to discover his American ancestor Connor. Connor is a half-English, half-Native American Assassin who must face his country’s darkest hour before the dawn of the great Revolution. Judging by previous gameplay demos at E3 and Gamescom, and indeed this new video, we’re in for a real treat in terms of the engine developments made on the visuals, combat and storyline.

Assassin’s Creed III launches on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 31st (in the UK), while its PC release comes on November 23rd and its Wii U release date remains still to be announced.
